As a huge music lover, I can't live without my iPod. What a great invention. I have it in my handbag at all times so it's always at hand. I love that you can create a playlist of songs for different moods or occasions and I've built up a solid list of great songs. I listen to it when I'm working-out in the gym and have a playlist of songs which help me to build up a good rhythm and work harder. I then have a playlist for when I want to chill out or relax in the bath. It's also a great motivational tool to get me to walk more places.See the full content of this document
