What were the cultural highlights of 2004? And what does the future hold? Culture Minister Alun Pugh has his say WE have a lot to look forward to in 2005. On an international level, we have Wales' second exhibition at the Venice Biennale and the build up to the Dylan Thomas Prize, the literary counterpoint to the Assembly Government sponsored Artes Mundi Prize. At home, the Wales Millennium Centre will be packing them in with an exciting and varied programme, while the Assembly's Arts Outside Cardiff funding will be supporting directors, writers and performers across the nation
