Pub company Celtic Inns has appointed public relations agency Quadrant of Cardiff to raise its profile in Wales and South-West England, as it expands its portfolio of tenanted community pubs. Celtic Inns, which was created in 2002, currently owns some 60 pubs, and aims to develop that through an aggressive acquisitions programme into an estate of over 100 within the next three years.
The company has recently restructured its financing to fund an acquisition war chest of some pounds 10m by securing loan finance from Royal Bank of Scotland, while Sand Aire Private Equity has taken a minority equity stake.See the full content of this document
