Summary
A woman died in police custody yesterday after she was arrested on suspicion of a driving offence. The 58-year-old woman from Swansea was arrested on the city's Oystermouth Road at about 6.30am. She was taken to Swansea central police station and became ill at around 1pm. Paramedics tried to revive her, but she was pronounced dead at the station.
