Swansea transport company 2Travel is facing a public inquiry to examine its professional competence to run bus services. The AIM- listed company, which is authorised to operate 110 vehicles, will appear before the Traffic Commissioner for Wales on Monday for a hearing which will examine the company's repute, professional competence and financial standing.

It comes after officers from the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency submitted a report to the Traffic Commissioner on the running of 2Travel's registered services.
