ANGLESEY AM Ieuan Wyn Jones has called for more health professionals to be brought back to the island to address a shortage of medical staff.
The accident and emergency unit at Penrhos Stanley Hospital in Holyhead was closed last month between 9pm and 9am. Since then medical staff have been concentrated 25 miles away at Ysbyty Gwynedd in Bangor, leaving those from the north of the island facing a lengthy round-trip.See the full content of this document
