A man was yesterday jailed for three years for trying to import crystal meth, cocaine and amphetamine, into the UK. Damien Lloyd,35, was cleared of trying to manufacture crystal meth when the prosecution dropped the case against him part way through the hearing.
Mold Crown Court heard Lloyd ordered drugs by email to be sent to his home in Mold. He sent pounds 1,500 by money transfer to a Saint Joe in Benin, Africa, in order to get the illegal drugs. But it turned out he was dealing with internet fraudsters, the court heard.See the full content of this document
