A new pounds 12m business park providing work for more than 1,000 people will soon start taking shape at Langstone, near Newport. Cardiff property company Rombourne will begin work on the first phase of the project next month.
The 3.4-acre scheme, just off junction 24 of the M4 in the shadow of the Celtic Manor Resort, will provide up to 85,000 sq ft of office space with parking facilities in landscaped surroundings.See the full content of this document
