Wales is becoming the unhealthiest nation in the UK, with news that we are living on a diet of ready meals and junk foods.

Recent statistics from the annual Family Food Report has highlighted just how much work still needs to be done to improve our attitudes to health and diet. The research, by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural affairs found that, on average, people in Wales eat 16,471 calories a week, and 37.5g of saturated fat.
