SIR - I was not surprised to read the letter of Mrs Morgan (Western Mail, October 13) with regard to Island Farm and perhaps her letter should have been titled 'Economical with the Facts'.
If BCBC had not agreed to sell the land then why did they instruct lawyers to prepare the necessary contract documentation which is with our lawyers. Furthermore Macob has not withdrawn from the commitment to build a free athletics track for the community and the planning agreement terms binding Macob to this position is included in the contract documentation.See the full content of this document
