A formal complaint about a group of Welsh landowners is to be made to the Ombudsman over allegations they should have declared an interest when discussing new policies. Talgarth Town Council, which lies within the Brecon Beacons National Park, argues that seven landowners, who were all members of the Park Authority when new policies were drafted last year, should not have participated in the discussions as they could potentially stand to gain from their implementation.
