Summary
DEMAND for events such as those where The Picture Works have grown is largely seasonal but operating in a global marketplace means the company can track the seasons. This of course requires a re-think of strategy as Wales alone is unlikely to sustain the growth the business needs. All the growth thus far has been achieved organically in-house and a stated aim is to find more work in Wales. The harsh reality is that the Welsh climate and rigid structures of sports events dictates seasonality and narrow windows of opportunity.
