SIR - I read with interest Chris Franks AM's letter (Feb 19) that he was surprised to read David Cameron's remarks saying that the reason we in Wales were poor was because of the actions of the Welsh Government.
The appalling low GVA economy of Wales has resulted from the inaction of the Welsh Government in failing to harness for the benefit of Wales the number one Welsh asset: the intellectual property output of Wales's world-class universities.See the full content of this document
