The year 2005 was a somewhat cataclysmic year for the industrial property sector in South Wales. With a number of high profile manufacturers substantially down- sizing their operations (including Panasonic at Pentwyn in Cardiff and Sony in Bridgend), and others closing completely.
These alone added considerably to the vacant industrial space in the market at the beginning of 2006. So as the year draws to a close, perhaps it is appropriate to review the past 12 months and contemplate what 2007 may bring.See the full content of this document
