SIR - Dwr Cymru Welsh Water has invested pounds 1bn in the past 10 years in modernising waste-water treatment in Wales to benefit our environment.
The result has been a vast improvement in the quality of bathing water around the coastline of Wales. It has also contributed to the country's great success in increasing the number of Blue Flag beaches and marinas, from two to 47 over the period.See the full content of this document
