Wales veteran Gareth Llewellyn admits he is facing the biggest challenge of his career after joining relegation favourites Bristol in the English Premiership. Having retired from international rugby following this year's Grand Slam heroics, Llewellyn (pictured right) could well have been expected to see out his career in the south of France with RC Narbonne where he spent an enjoyable last season.

Surely few would have begrudged the 36-year-old lock his moment in the sun after an astonishing 92-Test career for Wales that spanned three decades, starting as a fresh-faced 20-year-old against New Zealand in 1989.
