Summary
Both our nominated local food heroes this month have grabbed the opportunity to diversify with both hands - Caws Cenarth in order to ensure the survival of a traditional dairy farm and Caesar's Arms, who opened an on-site farm shop after a call by their restaurant customers in 2008.
