SIR - Having just returned from foreign climes, Machynlleth, I came across an article that suggested edifices be erected to indicate that people were entering Wales.
May I suggest that 20 or so 200 x 200ft signs are placed facing north on a line that runs from Aberystwyth to Welshpool with the words 'Welcome to Civilisation' written on them.See the full content of this document
