SIR - It was good to see that a piece on contemporary art was featured on the front page on February 24.

I know that the particular piece was not to everyone's taste, but if your readers would like to make up their own minds about contemporary art, there are some excellent exhibitions currently around Wales, including the wonderful Artes Mundi Exhibition at the National Museum and Gallery, Cardiff, and the Further Exhibition at Oriel Glynn Vivian, Swansea featuring the artists which represented Wales at the Venice Biennale.
