Basil brush is to join the makers of Wife Swap and Faking It following a pounds 10m deal. Foundation TV Productions, which produces the popular children's programme, has been bought by RDF Media. RDF will pay an initial sum of pounds 4m and a deferred payment of up to pounds 6m depending on Foundation's future performance.
