Summary
COMPANY managers are "very concerned" about the UK's economic prospects, with most fearing another recession, according to a report this week. A survey of more than 600 managers showed that just one in 12 believed the economy would grow over the next year, compared with one in six during a similar poll earlier this year.
More than two-thirds of those questioned by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) said it was likely the UK will go back into recession, and three out of four believed business insolvencies will increase.See the full content of this document
