MEN are putting their careers on hold to spend more time with their children, says a new report. It found that many are taking a pay cut or turning down promotion to be at home more. Those deciding to spend more time away from work are forfeiting an average of pounds 2,800 a year in salary, said the report by finance firm ING Direct.
