Summary
I'm probably a bit of a nuisance now, but I'm determined more than ever before to keep in touch. I hope and believe that I'm a much more patient and understanding person than hitherto and, truly, nothing fazes me. Yes, of course, I become irritated with the call- centre culture when I can't get hold of the gas manor the drain man but when real problems arise, I click automatically into a much more pragmatic mode. Because I know that I'm very lucky to be alive, and simply to be able to experience these small problems is a blessing.
