Coventry goal-hero Michael Mifsud believes his goalscoring exploits in the FA Cup demolition of Blackburn proved he can make the grade in the Barclays Premier League. The 5ft 5in Malta striker, nicknamed the "Mosquito" for the way he pesters defenders, scored twice at Ewood Park to take his season tally to 15.
Mifsud, 26, also netted two goals to give the Coca-Cola Championship strugglers a famous 2-0 Carling Cup win against Manchester United at Old Trafford last September.See the full content of this document
