Swansea city's new youth team chief has promised to beat off competition from deadly rivals Cardiff to capture all the best Welsh youngsters.Former Swans striker David Moss made the pledge after boss Kenny Jackett unveiled him as a surprise new member of his backroom team.

Moss, who had a brief spell at Swansea between July 2002 and February 2003, becomes the club's new head of youth following the shock decision to remove Vetch Field legend Alan Curtis from the post.
