A former police officer was yesterday jailed for nine years after being found guilty of raping a 14-year-old schoolgirl found naked in bed at his home.
Christopher Davies, 32, of Northop Hall in Flintshire, a constable for four years, had tried to pull the wool over the eyes of the jury during the four-day trial at Caernarfon Crown Court, said Judge John Rogers QC, who imposed a lifetime sex offender order on Davies.See the full content of this document
