Summary
SIR - Very soon new projects and activities will cascade from the strategic frameworks of the new Convergence fund.
One of the main focuses, as I understand it, will be education, skills and training. Many of the activities and projects will result in software and learning materials being developed. It should be a requisite that anything developed should be produced as either open source, creative commons or published with the rights that any Wales- based organisation can use and modify it.See the full content of this document
