Summary
Henever we undertake a review or appraisal we expect both the good and bad points to be highlighted. Without the bad points it would be hard to know which areas we need to tackle next. And so the fact that the chief inspector of Wales has indicated there are areas in our education system that need attention should not come as a major shock.
