Over the Limit?

Current guidelines recommend that to avoid significant risk to our health, women should drink no more than two to three units of alcohol a day.

That's a pint of lager, one glass of wine or one gin and tonic.

So for every sip of that second or third glass, you join the legions of women of all ages who are binge drinking on a weekly - or in some cases, daily - basis.
