"It was a really important day for me - not just because Wales beat England, and that's always good - but because I was asked to lead the Welsh team on to the pitch. It was one of the most emotional experiences of my life.

"I was told not to showI was too much in favour of Wales and not wearaWelsh jersey yet, not long before I was due to go out, they changed their mind. So there was this panic, but someone said we'll go into the dressing room and ask the lads if they've got a spare shirt to lend you. Apparently one of the Jones boys said "she can have mine" but it was a bit big. So I ended up with Gavin Henson's spare shirt to walk on to the pitch.
