Mr Williams has experience of advising clients on the procurement of complex high-profile projects in the public and private sectors, including advising the National Assembly for Wales on the construction contract relating to the Senedd debating chamber. He lectures on various topical issues, including the procurement and finance of the proposed Severn Barrage.
