A drop-off in the number of children who are members of sports clubs when they reach secondary school has reached worrying levels.

Initial results of a survey by the Sports Council for Wales show how many children between seven and 16 years old are members of sports clubs, and have also shown how many take part in an activity with the club at least once a week.
