A POLITICAL row broke out last night after the chair of the inquiry that paved the way for this year's Assembly powers referendum voiced disappointment at how they were being used.
Sir Emyr Jones Parry, who was the UK's Ambassador to the United Nations, led the All Wales Convention, which concluded that a Yes vote was achievable. The referendum in March resulted in a clear Yes majority.See the full content of this document
