Illtyd harrington, one of Wales' most flamboyant political figures, has spoken candidly of his disappointment at never becoming MP for his home town. In an interview tonight, conducted by his nephew, the actor Richard Harrington, the 76-year-old also talks of what it was like to be a gay man in London when homosexuality was a criminal offence.
