A MULTIMILLION-POUND regeneration project for a Welsh city will be launched today by Deputy Minister for European programmes, Alun Davies.

The Pill regeneration scheme in Newport is a four-year initiative to redevelop the area with environmental improvements, a business grants scheme and the creation of a community resource centre in the former library.
