Summary
A former novice monk who sexually abused schoolboys he taught while training was jailed for five years yesterday. Welshman John Kinsey, who became a Roman Catholic priest, indecently assaulted three boys over two years while he was a Benedictine initiate at Belmont Abbey, Hereford, in the mid-1980s.
Worcester Crown Court heard that the 46-year-old - known as Brother John to the boys - would grope them on a weekly basis while teaching bell-ringing and altar server duties in the sacristy.See the full content of this document
