Summary
A NEW Professional Practice Framework has been designed for those in the workplace by Trinity University College, Carmarthen. The aim of the framework, launched last May by Andrew Davies, minister for finance and public service delivery in the Welsh Assembly Government, is to meet the professional development needs of employers and employees across Wales.
Its author, Dr Liz Wilson, said: "Any length of programme can be developed - from 'bite-size' training days to full degree qualifications - including at Masters level.
