Details of the first commercial operators at the pounds 25m Doc Fictoria development in Caernarfon have been revealed. Watkin Jones, the North Wales-based company behind the development, confirmed that Whitbread would open a Brewer's Fayre family pub/restaurant and a 49- bedroom Premier Travel Inn hotel at the site. They are expected to create 45 jobs.
