Wales suffers from a lack of people with enough experience to take up roles in public bodies, First Minister Rhodri Morgan said yesterday. And the National Assembly's top civil servant, Johyn Shortridge, giving evidence to the Committee on Standards in Public Life, said people lacked faith in quango appointments.
