THE Institute of Directors (IoD) has urged the Welsh Assembly Government to adopt a "far-reaching vision" to reverse a decade devoid of a "devolution dividend", with a new body overseeing business support at its heart.

In a ten-point plan presented to Deputy First Minister Ieuan Wyn Jones, IoD Wales said it aimed to "stimulate economic growth across the country" and prepare Wales for life after the recession.
