HELP! I'M A FISH (ITV1 Wales, 10.15am) A little girl accidentally drinks a mad scientist's potion that turns people into fish and she ends up being thrown into the sea. Her brother and cousin realise what has happened and also drink the potion so they can find her - but after 48 hours they will be stuck in their aquatic forms for ever.
