A search has been launched to find the best new property projects in the UK. Nominations are being sought for the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) Awards 2007. The awards showcase the best new projects in the built and natural environment. The 2007 winners will join a long line of previous title holders, including London's Royal Opera House, the Eden Project in Cornwall and Ty Mawr in Welshpool, which won the accolade of Building of the Year in 2000.
In Wales, the winners for 2006 included the new Assembly debating chamber, which won the sustainability award.See the full content of this document
