ON Thursday, I spent that day at the 25th annual conference of the United Kingdom Science Park Association (UKSPA), an event which focused largely on the contribution of science parks to the innovation system.
With more than 300 delegates, the conference was exceptionally well organised and I was pleased to listen to some old friends giving, as usual, some stimulating and controversial viewpoints on how to develop a knowledgebased economy.See the full content of this document
