A second cow has tested positive for bluetongue at a farm where the UK's first case of the disease was discovered, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs said last night.
The cow at the Baylham House Rare Breeds Farm, near Ipswich, Suffolk was slaughtered yesterday afternoon after the discovery was made by vets.See the full content of this document
