MINISTERS may postpone a decision on an energy-creating barrage across the Severn to allow more research into "embryonic" technology, it emerged yesterday.
The Department for Energy and Climate Change is due to decide next year whether to press ahead with any of the proposed plans, which could generate as much as 5% of the UK's energy needs.See the full content of this document
