Summary
Several planes had to be diverted to Cardiff International Airport yesterday after an aircraft veered off a runway in bad weather at Bristol. Cardiff began taking planes from Bristol, mostly owned by easyJet, around lunchtime. Earlier, a flight from the Channel Islands had landed safely at Bristol but had then swerved into grass next to the runway and become stuck.
