A woman accused of killing an expectant mother and cutting the baby from her womb was due to appear in court last night for the first time. Lisa Montgomery, 36, of Melvern, Kansas, is accused of killing Bobbie Jo Stinnett on Thursday, removing the live baby from her womb and trying to pass it off as her own to family and friends.
