HOUSE prices are likely to continue to fall with a sustained recovery in the housing market unlikely before 2011, it was predicted last night, as new figures showed barely any movement in the Welsh housing market. Right-movreleased figures today showing Wales had one of the smallest shifts in house prices in the last month.

Following equally modest price rises in June, average house prices in Wales rose a mere 0.5% in July to stand at pounds 169,109 - still 6.1% down on July 2008.
