Swansea city last night conceded defeat in the battle to stop flamboyant frontman Lee Trundle being snatched away from Welsh football. Trundle's move to Bristol City looked signed, sealed and delivered yesterday with the lure of playing Championship football for the first time proving too strong for the 30-year-old. Bristol City boss Gary Johnson has upped his original offer to around the pounds 1m mark and spoken publicly for the first time of his determination to land his man.
