VOLUNTARY organisations, charities and social enterprises are playing a key role in tackling economic inactivity, says third sector umbrella body Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA).

Through WCVA projects alone, around 30,000 people will be provided with skills, training and employment opportunities by organisations across Wales during the next two years.
